Blah. ::falls over:: As simple as this page looks, it took too long. Most of it was fitting the tones together nicely, and finding the hatchmark tones I wanted for the upper panel, all while dealing with a computer running very low on harddrive space (and thus claiming low memory). The second promised page will be up tomorrow.
So, we get a bit of thickening plot (and a bit of history on Kass, too). I like how the top-right and bottom panels came out. Much thanks to the wonderful person who ran the website where I found that tree picture (for the bottom. I flipped it to put trees on both sides). One of these days I'll draw some trees and bushes and stuff of my own to make custom brushes and such out of, so I can stop using stuff I found on the 'net. That, and I might buy some actual comic tones to scan and use as screentones. ::shrug:: Heheh. Marvel, for I have figured out how to get the point-to-point tool to allow me to make the lines curve. ^_^
