I saved what I wrote about the first version of the cover below these comments, in case you wanted to read the previous ones.
This is the redone version of the cover for Book One, which is getting the subtitle of "Shadow Company" (yes, I know, the first chapter of this book is titled that as well, but that'll change when I get around to redoing the chapter pages. ::shrug:: This new cover is very...purple. Now, rather than the Shadow Company, it features Shadow (half of the twin-god Shadow and Darkness) and Lieya (the main character, a half-wolf, half-Sarcophi youkai).
Yay for redone cover goodness.
Friday, November 8, 2002, 4:40 amWhat a nice-looking cover, ne? Took me three days to PaintShop (aka Photoshop) it. Woo. ::does cartwheels:: These are the main characters of the manga (you'll find their pictures in the "characters" section. And before you get your hopes up, no, the manga is not full-color. I don't have the time or patience to do that right now. I'll do full-color omake and artwork and the like, and full-color chapter title pages, but not for the whole manga. Too much strain. It will be shaded and fake-toned, though. ^_^
Yay for PaintShop layers.
