Personality: Gareth is very much a fun-loving trickster who enjoys the "simple" things in life (women, wine, and song). Intelligent and curious, he wants to find out the why and wherefore of things.

Past: Grew up at Trailscove Manor and had a fairly normal childhood with no serious accidents or illnesses to speak of. Received weapons training as befitted his station and quite liked it. Didn't feel he was cut out to be a nobleman on the Council of Kings and told his father so quite pointedly. His younger brother became heir and Gareth went off adventuring, still drawing heavily from his family's coffers when the need arose.
