Say hello to King Rademus, the Godson, the great founder of the Sun Kingdom and builder of Sun Haven. Why's he called "Godson"? Because legend has it that his family is descended from the gods, and because he received a vision from the Sungoddess herself which led him through the holy wars.
Anyway, enough with world history that'll probably get explained later in the manga anyway. You get a nice backside view of Rademus here, with actual shading! ::gasp!:: ::shock!:: Fear the shading! Yes, that's the same guy featured in the statue on the previous page. And I like how the mountains came out, and the massive army before him (the enemy) came out better than I thought. ::shrug:: Maybe the contrast of the black "flashback" border helped with that.
