 You may not use my artwork for profit purposes without express handwritten (that's handwritten, not e-mailed) permission from me. I require a portion of the proceeds, and will ask you to sign a contract to ensure that I do receive said proceeds. I also require credit for the work. This regulation includes anything, and I mean anything, you could possibly sell on eBay.
You may not use my artwork for non-profit purposes without express permission from me. You must credit me if I do give permission.
You may not distribute copies of my artwork for free without express handwritten permission from me. You must credit me if I do give permission.
You may not, under any circumstances, claim my artwork as your own. If you do, I will take action. Currently, my legal team consists of a claymore, a halibut, and the Molesting Stick, but rest assured I will make your life a living nightmare if you attempt to claim my work as your own. And I will do so legally too (much as I'd like to beat offenders with the halibut).
You may not post my artwork on your website without express permission from me. You must give me credit, and link back to this site. Please do not direct-link to my artwork, as that takes up bandwidth other people need in order to view this site.
You may use my artwork to create such things as wallpapers, winamp skins, hotbars, etc., only if you have my express permission (that means ask me first). You must give me credit somewhere (a readme file, text on the image itself, etc.) for the artwork. I'd also appreciate it if you send me a copy of your creation, as I'd like to see what you make with it and may post it in the fan section here.
You may use my character concepts to create such things as fanart, sprites, etc., only if you let me know about it. ^_^ That means send me fanwork so I can post it here!
