Kogarashi

Name: Kogarashi (a.k.a. Yasei, Kaziya, A.Holyoak)
Birthdate: 5-21-1982
Gender: Female
Sign: Taurus and Gemini (yes, both)
Chinese Zodiac: Inu (Dog)
Element: Earth (Taurus) and Air (Gemini), Water (Dog)
Blood-type: O positive
Job: Freelance artist and designer
Major: English, editing and creative writing emphases
Shadowscapes Character: I'm most like Sheirah, probably. Though pretty close to Kristoff and Lieya too. Of course, the self-insert character of Kogarashi is me.
Anime Character: I am Kougaiji, from Gensomaden Saiyuki by Minekura Kazuya. At least, I am personality-wise most of the time. ^_^ I'm kinda' Ginji (GetBackers) and Sesshoumaru (Inuyasha) too.
Languages: English, quite a bit of German (when you've studied the language for about 8 cumulative years, you should pick up at least a little bit), a tiny bit of Japanese, a bit of Russian, some sign language (ASL), and "Thank You" in about 11 different languages (including ASL).
Formal Education: Graduated high school, on my last year of college.
Artistic Education: Well, since I hadn't taken a formal art class since 8th grade (when my drawing still sucked majorly instead of just minorly), up until last year in college (intro to drawing), most of my "artistic education" has happened during math classes. Yes, math classes. My family happens to be natuarally gifted with an aptitude for math (much as I hate math), so I didn't need to pay as much attention as other students. So I drew. A lot. A whole lot. I also copy styles and pictures when I'm trying to perfect a new techinque; copy, then improve upon it and make it my own.
Plushies: 15" Inuyasha plushie (with one of those 1.5" tiny Inuyasha plushies hanging on his wrist), 6" Kougaiji plushie, set of six Inuyasha mini-plushies, 7" Sonic the Hedgehog plushie, 6" Bedtime Bear (Care Bears) plush.
Cosplay Costumes: Kougaiji (Gensomaden Saiyuki), Clive (Jungle Wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu), Sesshoumaru (Inuyasha), Ginji (GetBackers), Zephel (Angelique). I'm also aiming for a Meryl costume from Trigun.
Computer System: Don't know the specs on the motherboard or the video card (though the video card's the only thing not built in to the motherboard). AMD Athlon XP 1.7GHz processor (sweet). 256M RAM. 44x CD-ROM (dying slowly). 12-8-32x Samsung CD-RW drive. 20GB harddrive and 80GB harddrive. 17" flatscreen monitor. Epson Stylus 777 color printer. Optical mouse (Bzot!). Wacom Intuous2 tablet. UMAX Astra 3400 scanner with XP's scanner wizard ('cause VistaScan doesn't like XP, for some reason).
